Ingredients
- Apple :- 1 Medium Size (Chopped)
- Banana :- 1 Medium Size (Sliced)
- Honey :- 3 Tbsp
- Cardamom Powder :- 1 Pinch
- Cashew Nuts :- 2-3 (Chopped) optional
- Milk :- 100 ml
Method
1. Take an apple and banana . you may peel the apple .2. Now take a grinder jar . Add one by one apple, banana, milk, cardamom Powder and honey . Grind it.
3. After 30 - 40 second open the Jar.
4. Take a serving glass and serve the smooth apple Banana smoothie .Then Spread 1 tbsp honey over it and sprinkle cashew nuts . Enjoy Your quality time.
