Aloo Matar | आलू मटर की सब्जी | Green Peas curry Recipe
Ingredients
- Boiled Baby Potatoes :- 200 g
- Boiled Fresh green Peas :- 100 g
Dry Spices
- Salt :- As taste
- Sugar :- 1/4 tsp
- Red Chili powder :- 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder :- 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Powder :- 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder :- 1/2 tsp
- Raw Mango Powder :- 1/4 tsp
Masala Paste
- 1 Onion Medium Size
- 4-5 pods Garlic
- 2-3 green Chili (As taste)
- 1/2 inch Ginger
- 1 Tomato Medium Size
- Dried red chili - 2
- Whole Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Whole Spices
Other Ingredients
- Oil - 2-3 Tbsp Mustard Oil
- Water for gravy - 1 cup (As required)
- Water for gravy - 1 cup (As required)
- Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp

Method
1. A first take boiled potatoes (Take 1 cup of normal water and potatoes in a pan and mix 1/4 tsp Salt with and boil these thing for 10 -12 Minutes. Cover it on a medium Flame).2 Take Some Green Peas (Take 1/2 cup of normal water and peas in a pan and cover it for 4 - 5 Minutes)
3. First of All Take a Frying pan Pour 2-3 tbsp Mustard oil and Heat it. After that Drop All the boiled potatoes and Add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder . Fry it for 3-4 Minutes on medium flame.
