Aloo Matar | आलू मटर की सब्जी | Green Peas curry Recipe



Ingredients

  • Boiled Baby Potatoes :- 200 g
  • Boiled Fresh green Peas :- 100 g

Dry Spices

  • Salt :- As taste
  • Sugar :- 1/4 tsp
  • Red Chili powder :- 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder :- 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin Powder :- 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder :- 1/2 tsp
  • Raw Mango Powder :- 1/4 tsp


Masala Paste


  • 1 Onion Medium Size
  • 4-5 pods Garlic
  • 2-3 green Chili (As taste)
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 1 Tomato Medium Size

    Whole Spices

  • Dried red chili - 2

  • Whole Cumin - 1/2 tsp

    Other Ingredients

  • Oil - 2-3 Tbsp Mustard Oil
  • Water for gravy - 1 cup (As required)
  • Water for gravy - 1 cup (As required)
  • Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
  • Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp

Method

1. A first take boiled potatoes (Take 1 cup of normal water and potatoes in a pan and mix 1/4 tsp Salt with and boil these thing for 10 -12 Minutes. Cover it on a medium Flame).

2 Take Some Green Peas (Take 1/2 cup of normal water and peas in a pan and cover it for 4 - 5 Minutes)

3. First of All Take a Frying pan Pour 2-3 tbsp Mustard oil and Heat it. After that Drop All the boiled potatoes and Add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder . Fry it for 3-4 Minutes on medium flame.
