Chicken Hariyali | Chicken Cilantro Curry | Green Chicken | धनिया मुर्ग चिकन
Ingredients
- Chicken :- 600 g (Cleaned)
- Coriander Leaves :- 1 1/2 cup (For Paste)Onion :- 4 Medium Size (Chopped)
- Garlic :- 10 - 12 (Chopped)
- Green Chilies :- 8 ( As per your choice)
Dry Spices :
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric Powder (Haldi):- 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder (lal Mirch):- 1/2 tsp
- Cumin(jeera) Powder :- 1 tsp
- Coriander (Dhania) Powder :- 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder :- 1 tsp
- Ginger Powder (adraakh) :- 1/2 tsp (You may use ginger paste instead of ginger powder)
- Cooking oil :- 3 tbsp
Method
2. Now Marinate with Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Cumin Powder, Salt, Coriander , Green Chili, onion & garlic Paste.
3. Mix it properly & gently. Then Keep it in fridge or room temperature for 20 minutes.
4. After that turn on the gas stove , Place a frying pan & heat it on high medium flame.Then Add one pinch of Cumin Seeds , dry chili and bay leaf. After that Pour 3 tbsp oil for frying the Chicken. Now drop the Marinated Chicken, fry it for 1 minute till cook properly then flip it.
5. Mix it properly & Cook it under the cover within 5 minutes. 6. After 5 Minutes remove the cover then Add chopped onion & garlic. then mix it again and cover. Then Add all the dry spices like ginger powder, red chili powder, salt, Cumin Powder And little bit of Turmeric Powder. 7. After that Add the coriander, onion, garlic , green chili paste And mix properly. 8. Then Pour 1/3 glass of water And stir , after that add Garam Masala powder and mix it. After mixing cover the pan and turn off the gas stove. 9. it's ready for serve ... garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
