Ingredients:
Fresh Yogurt / Curd / Dahi :- 100 gCoriander Leaves (Dhania Patta):- 1/2 cup
Mint Leaves (Pudina Patta) :- 4-5 twig
Green Chili (Hari Mirch):- 1
Plain Salt (Namak):- 1 tsp
Black Salt (Kala Namak) :- 1/2 tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder (Vuna hua Jeera ) :- 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder (Kali mirch ) : 1 tsp
Chilled Wated :- 1 glass
Step by Step Method :-
1. For Masala Chaas we take a big size Mixer Grinder and put into it Coriander leaves , green chili and Mint leaves. Add 1/2 tsp plain salt and little bit of water for grinding.2. After 40 second open the lid and add yogurt and Black salt, Black pepper powder, Roasted Cumin powder and grind it again.
3. Now take a mixing bowl and pour the chaas in it. add 1/2 glass of water if needed. After that whisk with a whisker or Dal ghotni as choice. Mix it gently.
4. Pour the chaas into a jar or jug. Now Serve it in a serving glass.
5. For Garnishing Spread roasted jeera powder, Black pepper powder and one twig of pudina (mint leaves).
6. Your Summer Drink Spiced Butter Milk / Masala Chaas / Masala taak is ready for drink. Enjoy the Summer with this fresh and homemade refreshment.
