Ingredients:
- Yogurt - 200 g
- Onion - 1 Medium Size (Chopped)
- Garlic - 5 (Chopped)
- Ginger - 1 inch (Chopped)
- Green Chilies - 4 (Chopped)
- Coriander Leaves - Hand full (Chopped)
Dry Spices :-
- Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
- Mustered Seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Cooking Oil - 3 tbsp
Method
1. Take boiled baby potatoes , Add 1/2 tsp of salt , red chili powder, turmeric powder. Mix it
2. Turn on the flame , place a kadai or frying pan , heat it on medium flame.
3. Pour 2 tbsp of cooking oil heat the oil. Drop boiled baby potatoes in the oil. Saute it gently.
4. After 8 Minutes take out all the fried potatoes keep Aside.
5. In the same pan , Add Mustered seeds and cumin seeds . Saute it. After that add chopped onion, garlic and green chilies . Add Salt, Cumin powder, Coriander Powder, Red chili powder, Turmeric Powder . Mix it Properly on low medium flame. Pour little more water and cover it for 2-4 minutes.
6. After uncover Add fried potatoes mix it gently. Then turn off the flame .
7. Whisk the yogurt properly until it becomes creamy. Then Mix it with potatoes.
8. Turn on the flame. Add 1/2 glass of water. and cover it for 5 Minutes. After uncover Add chopped coriander leaves and Garam Masala Powder Mix it. Turn off the flame .
9. Dahi Aloo is ready to serve with Steamed Rice or Paratha.
