Ingredients:
- Katla Fish: - 300 g (Washed, Cleaned) You may use Any other fish instead of Katla Fish
- Onion: - 2 (Chopped, Medium Size)
- Garlic – Ginger Paste: - 1 tbsp
- Tomato: - chopped (Medium Size)
- Potato: - 1 Big Size (Sliced)
- Coriander Leaves: - 2 Tbsp (optional)
- Green Chili: - 3 (Sliced)
Dry Spices
- Whole Cumin Seeds: - ½ tsp
- Salt: - As taste
- Turmeric Powder: - 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder: - 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder: - 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder: - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder :- ½ tsp
