Paneer Bhapa in Bengali Style | Steamed Paneer Recipe in Tiffin Box | Pure Veg Recipe | পনির ভাপা




Today’s recipe is Paneer Bhapa in Bengali Style. This recipe is easy to make eat. Please do try at home and share with your kids, friends and family members. This recipe is very special in All over India & Specially Punjab, Haryana, Chhatisgarh, West Bengal. You can try this recipe with Nan , Kulcha & Steamed Rice .Please follow this method Paneer Bhapa in Bengali Style will be made perfect. In this recipe I am gonna show you How to make perfect Crispy Potato Cubes.You can try this with fritters Also.

Preparations Time :- 10 Minutes

Making Time :- 20 Minutes

Serving :- 4

Ingredients:

  • Paneer:- 300 gram 
  • Yogurt:-2 tbsp
  • Poppy Seeds:- 1 tbsp
  • Mustard Seeds :- 1 ½ tbsp
  • Green Chilies :- 4-5
  • Melon Seeds :- 1 ½ tbsp

Dry Spices :

  • Salt – as taste
  • Red Chili Powder – ½ tsp
  • Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – ¼ tsp
  • Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
  • Mustard Oil – 3 tbsp

Method :

T1. Take a Blending jar and Drop All the Things like Mustard Seeds, Poppy Seeds, Melon Seeds (Magaj Dana) and add 4 tbsp water for smooth paste. 

Blend it gently and Masala paste is ready.


2.    Let’s start the next Step. Turn on the flame on medium high flame and place the Frying pan or Kadai.  Heat it .

3.    Pour 2-3 tbsp cooking oil & heat the oil. Drop All the paneer Cubes for frying.


Fry it until it becomes light golden colour. (If you don’t like fried Paneer Then Skip the Step)

4.    After Frying Transfer it in another plate.

5.    Now Take a Stainless Steel Tiffin box and Spread 2 tbsp of Mustard oil in it. Pour Masala Paste and Bitten yogurt . Mix it
6.    Then Drop Fried Paneer Pieces into Masala Paste. Mix it with a spoon. Spread 2 tbsp mustard oil over it. (You may add little more water for gravy if required)
7.    Turn on the flame , place a Kadai and Add 2.5 cup of water in the Kadai and place the Tiffin box  in the kadai. Don’t put the tiffin box under the water.
8.    Cover the kadai for 15 Minutes on low medium flame.
9.    After 15-20 Minutes uncover the lid and turn off the Gas stove. Keep it aside for sometimes
10.  Now open the Tiffin box and enjoy the Bhapa Paneer.
11.  Serve it with Steamed rice or Chapati or kulcha.
