In this recipe I am gonna show you How to make perfect गोभी आलू की रसेदार सब्जी | Simple and Easy Aloo Gobhi Curry .You can try this with fritters Also.

  • Preparations Time :- 30 Minutes
  • Making Time :- 25 Minutes
  • Serving :- 4

Ingredients:


  • Cauliflower :- 300 g (Boiled)
  • Potato :- 1 Medium Size (Diced)
  • Coriander Leaves :- hand full (Finely Chopped)

Spices :


  • Turmeric Powder :- 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder :- 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder :-1 tsp
  • Cumin Powder :- 1/2 tsp
  • Salt:- As taste
  • Ginger Powder :- 1/4 tsp

Dry Spices :

  • Cardamon :-2 Nos
  • Cinnamon :- 1 Stick
  • Dried Red Chili :- 2 
  • Bay leaf:- 1
  • Cumin Seeds :- 1/2 tsp

Method :

1.Take a Sauce pan Add 500 ml water , 1/2 tsp salt and cauliflower and chopped Potatoes for 3-4 Minutes. After that open the lid drain the water . Keep the boiled cauliflower aside.
2. Turn on the flame on medium flame , Pour 3 tbsp cooking oil . heat it.
3. After heating the cooking oil add boiled cauliflower & potatoes. saute it. 
4. After frying keep it in another dish .
5. Now in the same pan Add oil (if required ) heat it . Then Add dry Spices - Cardamon,Cinnamon ,Bay leaf ,Dried Red Chili, Cumin Seeds saute for 1/2 minutes. Then Add Masala paste (turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and little quantities of water) 
6. Fry the Masala and mix it . Then add Fried potatoes & Cauliflower and mix it again. 
7. Add 1/2 glass of water for gravy and cover it. After uncover the lid Add garam Masala and chopped coriander leaves . Mix it.
8. Cauliflower curry is ready to serve. serve it with steamed rice or Chapati.
