  • Preparations Time :- 10 Minutes
  • Making Time :- 18 Minutes

Ingredients:


  • Potato :- 500 g (Peeled)
  • Onion :- 2 Medium Size (Diced)

  • Tomato :- 1 Medium Size (Diced)
  • Tomato Puree :- 4 tbsp
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste :- 2 tbsp
  • Onion Paste :- 3-4 tbsp (Using 1 big Size onion)
  • Green Chilies :- 2 (Sliced)
  • Coriander Leaves :- 2 tbsp (Chopped)

Dry Spices :


  • Cumin Powder : ½ tsp
  • Coriander Powder :-  1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder :- ½ tsp
  • Salt:- As taste
  • Turmeric Powder :- ½ tsp
  • Whole Cumin Seeds :- 1/2 seeds
  • Cooling Oil :- 4 Tbsp

Method :

1. Take Washed and peeled Potatoes. 

2. Turn on the Gas Stove. Place a frying pan and heat it. Pour 2-3 cooking oil and Heat the oil. After Heating drop all the diced potatoes and add 1/2 tsp of salt . cover it for 5 Minutes
on Low Medium flame. Check it once.

2. After 5 Minutes Uncover the lid and transfer fried Potatoes to another plate.

3. In the same oil and pan drop all the diced Tomatoes and onions and saute it for some times. Do not over fry it. Add 1/2 tsp of salt with it. After 2-3 Minutes transfer it in any another plate.

3. Now in the Same pan Add 1/2 tsp of whole cumin Seeds And Stir it for 1/2 minutes then Add Onion Paste and stir it and then Add ginger garlic paste and mix it gently. Add tomato puree and fry it. Now Decrease the flame and Add Dry Spices - Turmeric Powder, Salt, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder. Mix all the Spices .

4. Add 1/2 Cup of water for cook the dry Spices. and cover it for 3-4 Minutes on medium flame.

5. Uncover the lid And Add fried Potatoes . Mix it. Pour water for Gravy. And Cover it again for 5 Minutes. After uncover Add Fried Onions and Tomatoes, Green Chilies and Coriander leaves. and Cover it for 2 Minutes for Flavor. 

6. Serve it hot with Paratha or Chapati.
