Ingredients
For Puri Recipe : (you can make upto 30 Puris with this quantity)
- Plain Flour (Maida) : ¼ cup
- Semolina (Suji) : ¼ cup
- Salt (Namak) :- As per taste
- Baking Soda (Meetha Soda) : 1/8 tsp Ek Chimti
- For Kneed :- using Normal Water Note :
- Bhuna Hua Jeera Powder :- Put some Cumin Seeds in a plain frying pan on low flame . Roast it for 2-3 minutes until it take turns brown. Grind it .
- Chili Flakes :- Put some dried chili in a plain frying pan on medium flame. Roast it . After that grind it.
- Black Salt : As taste
- Boiled Potatoes : 300 g
- Aam chur Powder :- 1 tsp
- Roasted Cumin Powder : 1 tsp
- Chili flakes : 1 tsp
- Green Chili :- 4-5 (Chopped)
- Onion :- 1 /2 Cup (Chopped)
- Tikhi Chutney:- 1/2 tbsp **
For Tikha Chatpati Paani :
- Normal water :- 1 ltr
- Black Salt :- as taste
Aam chur Powder :- 1 tsp
- Roasted Cumin Powder : 1 tsp
- Red Chili powder :- As per taste
