  • Preparations Time :- 10 Minutes
  • Making Time :- 15 Minutes
  • Serving :- 4

Ingredients:

  • Boiled Eggs :- 4
  • Boiled Potatoes :- 1 (Medium Size)
  • Onion :- 2 (Medium Size, Chopped)
  • Green Chilies :- 2 (Chopped)

Dry Spices :

  • Salt – As taste
  • Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
  • Red Chili Powder – ½ tsp
  • Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
  • Ginger Power – ¼ tsp
  • Spices : Cumin Seeds :- ½ tsp
  • Dried Chili :- 8-10
  • Cardamom :- 7-8 Pods
  • Cinnamon :-3-4 Sticks

Method :

1.    Put a pan on gas stove and pour 200 ml water and 2-3 Minutes drop 1 tsp of cooking oil and ¼ of salt Then add 4 eggs & Divided medium size potatoes and cover it 10 Minutes for hard boil.

2.    After that clean the egg shells and chop the potatoes. Marinate it with salt and turmeric powder.

3.    Turn on the flame and place a frying pan, Pour 2-3 tbsp of cooking oil. Heat the oil.

4.    Now Drop Potatoes and fry it until Becomes Golden. After frying keep it in another Plate.

5.    In the Same frying pan and same oil Drop Boiled, Peeled and Marinated Eggs. Eggs should be marinated with Salt, Turmeric Powder and red chili powder. After 2-3 Minutes Keep eggs in another plate.

6.    Then Add Cumin Seeds and dried chili and Saute for ½ Minute. Then Add Chopped Onions And Fry it for 2-3 Minutes. Don’t over fry it.

7.    After That Add Salt , Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Ginger Powder. Cumin Powder and Mix it on low medium flame.
8.    Pour 1 glass of water as required for gravy . After 2-3 minutes Add Garam Masala Powder and mix it. Cover it for 5 Minutes . And After 5 Minutes uncover the lid and turn off the flame.

9.    Simple Anda Aloo Curry is ready . Serve it hot with steamed rice.

Paneer Bhapa in Bengali Style | Steamed Paneer Recipe in Tiffin Box | Pure Veg Recipe | পনির ভাপা

Preparations Time :- 10 Minutes

Making Time :- 20 Minutes

Serving :- 4

Ingredients:

  • Paneer:- 300 gram 
  • Yogurt:-2 tbsp
  • Poppy Seeds:- 1 tbsp
  • Mustard Seeds :- 1 ½ tbsp
  • Green Chilies :- 4-5
  • Melon Seeds :- 1 ½ tbsp

Dry Spices :

  • Salt – as taste
  • Red Chili Powder – ½ tsp
  • Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – ¼ tsp
  • Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
  • Mustard Oil – 3 tbsp

Method :

T1. Take a Blending jar and Drop All the Things like Mustard Seeds, Poppy Seeds, Melon Seeds (Magaj Dana) and add 4 tbsp water for smooth paste. 

Blend it gently and Masala paste is ready.


2.    Let’s start the next Step. Turn on the flame on medium high flame and place the Frying pan or Kadai.  Heat it .

3.    Pour 2-3 tbsp cooking oil & heat the oil. Drop All the paneer Cubes for frying.


Fry it until it becomes light golden colour. (If you don’t like fried Paneer Then Skip the Step)

4.    After Frying Transfer it in another plate.

5.    Now Take a Stainless Steel Tiffin box and Spread 2 tbsp of Mustard oil in it. Pour Masala Paste and Bitten yogurt . Mix it
6.    Then Drop Fried Paneer Pieces into Masala Paste. Mix it with a spoon. Spread 2 tbsp mustard oil over it. (You may add little more water for gravy if required)
7.    Turn on the flame , place a Kadai and Add 2.5 cup of water in the Kadai and place the Tiffin box  in the kadai. Don’t put the tiffin box under the water.
8.    Cover the kadai for 15 Minutes on low medium flame.
9.    After 15-20 Minutes uncover the lid and turn off the Gas stove. Keep it aside for sometimes
10.  Now open the Tiffin box and enjoy the Bhapa Paneer.
11.  Serve it with Steamed rice or Chapati or kulcha.

  • Preparations Time :- 10 Minutes

Ingredients

  • Potato :- Washed, Peeled (3 Medium Size) 
  • Onion Seeds (Kalonji) 1/2 tsp 
  • Salt : As taste 
  • Turmeric Powder :- 1/2 tsp 
  • Green Chilies :- 3 (Sliced) 
  • Cooking Oil :- 3 tbsp

Method

1. Take diced Potatoes wash it thrice a time. Add 1/2 tsp of salt and mix it properly . keep it aside for 30 minutes. Then wash it again and clear all starch gently.

2. Then Soak the water by pressing a towel. 

3. Turn on the flame on medium flame and place a frying pan or Kadai. 

4. Pour Cooking oil , heat it . After that Drop 1/2 tsp of kalonji .

5. Drop All the soaked and chopped potatoes  in the oil. Add Green Chilies , Salt Turmeric Powder and Saute it After that Add 2 tbsp water and cover it for 5 Minutes. Check and stir it twice.

6. Uncover the lid and toss the frying pan.

7. Crispy Aloo fry is ready to serve with steamed rice.

  • Preparation Time :- 30 Minutes
  • Making Time :- 25 Minutes
  • Serving :- 4

Ingredients:

  • Yogurt - 200 g 
  • Onion - 1 Medium Size (Chopped) 
  • Garlic - 5 (Chopped) 
  • Ginger - 1 inch (Chopped) 
  • Green Chilies - 4 (Chopped) 
  • Coriander Leaves - Hand full (Chopped) 

Dry Spices :- 

  • Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp 
  • Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Cumin Powder - 1 tsp 
  • Coriander Powder - 1 tsp 
  • Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
  • Mustered Seeds - 1/2 tsp 
  • Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Cooking Oil - 3 tbsp

Method 

1. Take boiled baby potatoes , Add 1/2 tsp of salt , red chili powder, turmeric powder. Mix it
2. Turn on the flame , place a kadai or frying pan , heat it on medium flame. 
3. Pour 2 tbsp of cooking oil heat the oil. Drop boiled baby potatoes in the oil. Saute it gently.
4. After 8 Minutes take out all the fried potatoes keep Aside.
5. In the same pan , Add Mustered seeds and cumin seeds . Saute it. After that add chopped onion, garlic and green chilies . Add Salt, Cumin powder, Coriander Powder, Red chili powder, Turmeric Powder . Mix it Properly on low medium flame. Pour little more water and cover it for 2-4 minutes.
6. After uncover Add fried potatoes mix it gently. Then turn off the flame . 
7. Whisk the yogurt properly until it becomes creamy. Then Mix it with potatoes. 
8. Turn on the flame. Add 1/2 glass of water. and cover it for 5 Minutes. After uncover Add chopped coriander leaves and Garam Masala Powder Mix it. Turn off the flame .
9. Dahi Aloo is ready to serve with Steamed Rice or Paratha.

Ingredients

Bata Fish ( Bata Machhli) :-  200 gram (you may use any another fish)

Vegetables

Brinjal :- 1 Medium Size (Chopped )
Potatoes :- 1 Medium Size (Chopped, Sliced)
Green Chilies :- 4 (Sliced ) As Required 

Spices / Dry Spices 

Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
Salt: As Needed
Cumin Powder: 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder:  1/2 tsp
Red chili Powder :   1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds : 1/2 tsp

Method

1. Take cleaned and washed fish. Marinated with Turmeric Powder, Salt . Keep it aside for 15 Minutes.
2. Chop Brinjal and Potatoes and wash it . 
3. Turn on the flame , Place a Kadai or frying pan and heat it. 
4. Pour 3 tbsp cooking oil , heat it gently. 
5. After that drop one by one Fishes carefully. Fry it until becomes light brown. Keep it in another plate.
6. Then in the Kadai or pan add chopped veggies and fry it . Add 1/2 tsp salt and add 2 tbsp water with it . cover the pan for 3-4 Minutes on the low flame and check it once. 
7. Open the lid and Add spices - salt, Red chili Powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder , mix it. and add 1/2 glass of water for gravy. 
8. After 3 Minutes on medium flame drop fried fishes and green chilies. 
9. Before Serving spread chopped coriander leaves (optional). 
10. Serve it hot with steamed rice.

Ingredients:


  • Cauliflower :- 300 g (Boiled)
  • Potato :- 1 Medium Size (Diced)
  • Coriander Leaves :- hand full (Finely Chopped)

Spices :


  • Turmeric Powder :- 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder :- 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder :-1 tsp
  • Cumin Powder :- 1/2 tsp
  • Salt:- As taste
  • Ginger Powder :- 1/4 tsp

Dry Spices :

  • Cardamon :-2 Nos
  • Cinnamon :- 1 Stick
  • Dried Red Chili :- 2 
  • Bay leaf:- 1
  • Cumin Seeds :- 1/2 tsp

Method :

1.Take a Sauce pan Add 500 ml water , 1/2 tsp salt and cauliflower and chopped Potatoes for 3-4 Minutes. After that open the lid drain the water . Keep the boiled cauliflower aside.
2. Turn on the flame on medium flame , Pour 3 tbsp cooking oil . heat it.
3. After heating the cooking oil add boiled cauliflower & potatoes. saute it. 
4. After frying keep it in another dish .
5. Now in the same pan Add oil (if required ) heat it . Then Add dry Spices - Cardamon,Cinnamon ,Bay leaf ,Dried Red Chili, Cumin Seeds saute for 1/2 minutes. Then Add Masala paste (turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and little quantities of water) 
6. Fry the Masala and mix it . Then add Fried potatoes & Cauliflower and mix it again. 
7. Add 1/2 glass of water for gravy and cover it. After uncover the lid Add garam Masala and chopped coriander leaves . Mix it.
8. Cauliflower curry is ready to serve. serve it with steamed rice or Chapati.

Making Time :- 25 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • Pabda Fish / Indian Butter Fish :- 1 k.g (Cleaned) 

Spices : 

  • Turmeric Powder :- 1 tsp 
  • Salt :- According to taste 
  • Red Chili Powder :- 1 tsp 
  • Refind Oil - 80 ml. (For Fish Fry) 1 tbsp 

Masala Paste 

  • Poppy Seeds :- 2 tbsp 
  • Mustard Seeds :- 1 tbsp 
  • Green Chilies :- 4 
  • Water for gravy :- 1 1/2 glass 

Dry Spices :- 

  • Kalonji/ Onion Seeds/ Nangrel (Kalojeere) :- 1/2 tsp

Cooking Method

1. Take Cleaned 1 k.g of Pabda Fish .

2. Marinate it with Red Chili powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt for 15 Minutes. Mix it Properly.

3. Now Take a grinder and Pour Mustered Seeds, Poppy Seeds, Green Chilies and 11/2 tbsp water. Paste it Finely. 

4. Then place a frying pan or kadai. Heat it on high Flame. After that Pour Sufficient Cooking oil or Mustered oil. 
5. Heat the oil and Drop one by one Marinated fish in the oil. wait for 2 Minutes . After 2 minutes flip it and fry it gently. 
6. Now keep all the fried fishes aside. 
7. Now in the same pan or kadai Add little more oil and heat it. Add Kalonji ,Saute it. Then Add Masala paste and fry it. If you want add 2 sliced green chilies as taste. Now Add Salt , Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder . Mix it.

8. Add 1 glass of lukewarm water for gravy. Cover it for 5-8 Minutes. Check it twice. Open the lid After some times and Add fried fishes . Now boil it 3-5 Minutes. 
9. Spread 1 Tbsp Mustered oil over the gravy and Turn off the flame.
10. Serve this fish curry with steamed rice as lunch . Enjoy the meal with special one.
