Ingredients:
- Boiled Eggs :- 4
- Boiled Potatoes :- 1 (Medium Size)
- Onion :- 2 (Medium Size, Chopped)
- Green Chilies :- 2 (Chopped)
Dry Spices :
- Salt – As taste
- Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
- Red Chili Powder – ½ tsp
- Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
- Ginger Power – ¼ tsp
- Spices : Cumin Seeds :- ½ tsp
- Dried Chili :- 8-10
- Cardamom :- 7-8 Pods
- Cinnamon :-3-4 Sticks
Method :
5. In
the Same frying pan and same oil Drop Boiled, Peeled and Marinated Eggs. Eggs
should be marinated with Salt, Turmeric Powder and red chili powder. After 2-3
Minutes Keep eggs in another plate.
8. Pour 1 glass of water as required for gravy . After 2-3 minutes Add Garam Masala Powder and mix it. Cover it for 5 Minutes . And After 5 Minutes uncover the lid and turn off the flame.
