Ingredients

  • Boiled Potatoes :- 3 big Size (Peeled, Cubed)
  • Onion :- 1 (Medium Size)
  • Coriander Leaves :- Hand Full
  • Boiled Chick Peas (Kabuli Chana) - 1 cup (optional)
  • Tamarind Pulp (Imli Pulp) :- 1 tbsp (You may Apply Lemon juice instead of tamarind Pulp )
  • Tomato Sauce :- 3-4 tbsp
  • Black Pepper Powder :- 1 tsp
  • Black Salt :- 1/2 tsp
  • Cooking Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Green Chillies :- 2-3 (Chopped)
  • Namkeen : ( Sev/ Bhujiya/ Nimki/ Chanachur/ Dalmut/ Papdi/ Dry Panipuri)
** you Should Apply this kind of namkeens During Serving the Aloo Chaat, Not before that , otherwise it becomes Swigy **



Method 
1. Take a frying pan , Add refined oil and drop All the boiled potatoes cubes. Now Saute it till 4 Mints. After 4-5 minute it turns on  light brown. Transfer it in a mixer bowl.

2. Take a mixer bowl And Add All the things like - Fried Potatoes , Onion, Chick peas, Coriander leaves , Tamarind Pulp  and Tomato ketch up . Mix it gently with a spoon.

3. Now mix Black salt, Black pepper powder, green chilies, Raw Mango powder, Again Mix it

4. Sprinkle Namkeen over it and Serve it fast.

Ingredients

For Puri Recipe : (you can make upto 30 Puris with this quantity)


  • Plain Flour (Maida) : ¼ cup
  • Semolina (Suji) : ¼ cup
  • Salt (Namak) :- As per taste
  • Baking Soda (Meetha Soda) : 1/8 tsp Ek Chimti
  • For Kneed :- using Normal Water
    Note :
  • Bhuna Hua Jeera Powder :- Put some Cumin Seeds in a plain frying pan on low flame . Roast it for 2-3 minutes until it take turns brown. Grind it .
  • Chili Flakes :- Put some dried chili in a plain frying pan on medium flame. Roast it . After that grind it.
For Chatpati Aloo Masala :
  • Black Salt : As taste
  • Boiled Potatoes : 300 g
  • Aam chur Powder :- 1 tsp

  • Roasted Cumin Powder : 1 tsp
  • Chili flakes : 1 tsp
  • Green Chili :- 4-5 (Chopped)
  • Onion :- 1 /2 Cup (Chopped)
  • Tikhi Chutney:- 1/2 tbsp **




For Tikha Chatpati Paani :
  • Normal water :- 1 ltr
  • Black Salt :- as taste Aam chur Powder :- 1 tsp

  • Roasted Cumin Powder : 1 tsp
  • Red Chili powder :- As per taste

** Mix Some Tikhi Chutney : ( Tamarind (Imli ) Plup 1 tbsp , Lemon juice 1 tbsp , Hand Full Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Ginger 1/2 inch, Green Chilies 4-5 ) Grind it and mix it with this water.

छोटी मछली की करी | Small Fish Recipe in Bengali Style | Chhoti Machli ki Recipe

Preparations Time :- 10 Minutes

Making Time :- 15 Minutes

Serving :- 4

Ingredients

  • Any Type of Small Fish :- 275 g (Cleaned) 
  • Onion :- 1 Medium Size (Sliced)
  • Coriander Powder :- 2 tbsp ( Only for Garnishing)
  • Lukewarm Water For Gravy :- As per required

Dry Spices 

  • Salt – as taste
  • Red Chili Powder – ½ tsp
  • Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
  • Refined Oil – 2-3 tbsp

Method 

1. At first Clean All the Fishes and wash it gently. After that mix some turmeric powder and 1/4 of salt and marinate it for half an hour. you may add little bit of oil in it, if you want.
2. Lets start the second step ,Turn on the Gas Stove and place a Frying pan , Heat the pan Properly . Add 2-3 cooking oil and heat the oil . After that Add marinated fishes into oil. wait for 3-4 minutes. After 3-4 minutes flip it and keep the flame medium.
3. When all the fishes turn in golden color then keep it aside.
4. Now in the same pan and in the same oil put 1/4 tsp whole cumin Seeds and saute it for 15 seconds. Then Add 1 medium size chopped onion and fry it until it takes turn into golden . Then add 1/2 tsp salt and mix it.
5. Now add Turmeric powder, Red chili powder,  cumin powder and 2 tbsp water with it.
6. Mix it properly in medium flame and cover it for 3 minutes. After that pour 1/2 cup water in it. After boiling the water add fried Small fish and wait for 2 minutes on low medium flame.
7. Small fish curry is ready to serve. Serve it with Steamed Rice.

Ingredients : Chicken :- 500 g
Onion Paste :- 4 Tbsp
Chopped Onion :- 1 Medium Size
Garlic Paste :- 10 - 15 pods
Tomato puree : 2 Tbsp
Green Chili Paste : 2 Tbsp
Fresh Coriander Leaves : 2 tbsp
Red Chili Powder : 1/4 tsp
Salt As per Taste
Sugar :- 1/8 tsp Coriander
Powder :- 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder :- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder :- 1/2 tsp
Ginger Powder :- 1/4 tsp
Cardamom : 2 pods
Cinnamon : 2 inch Stick
Bay Leaf - 1 Whole
Cumin Seeds : 1/4 tsp
Dried Red Chili : 2
Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp
