Ingredients:

  • Tadka Daal :- 250 g. (Soaked by over night )
  • Garlic :- 4-5 cloves
  • Ginger :- 4 inch
  • Onion :- 4 (Medium Size)
  • Green Chili :- 2 (Sliced)
  • Fenu greek Leaves :- 1/2 tbsp

Dry Spices :-

  • Red Chili Powder :- 1 tsp
  • Salt :- According to taste
  • Turmeric Powder :- 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted Cumin Powder :- 1/2 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder :- 1/2 tsp
Daal Tadka recipe by Rakhi's Kitchen

Method :-

1. Take 250 g Tadka Dal. Let it wet over night or 5-6 hours in normal 1&1/2 glass of water.

2. Next Step is take out it from the water and wash twice a time. Then Take a pressure coocker and Add socked dal and 300ml water. Add 1/2 tsp salt and mix it properly. Now close the lid.

3. Turn on the flame on medium flame now place the pressure coocker and wait for 4-5 whistles.

4. After 4-5 whistles keep the pressure cocker aside. after 10 minutes open the lid.

5. Next step is again turn on the flame and Add cooking oil or butter. Melt it gently. After heat the oil Add dry Spices like bay leaf , Dried Chillies, Cinnamon, Cardamom . After 1 Minute Add Grated Garlic and Ginger. After stirring add chopped onion .Now let the onion soft.

6. After that Add Salt, Red Chili Powder, Garam Masala pOwder, Roasted Cumin powder and mix it well.

7. After stirring Add Boiled Daal and mix it. cover it for 4 Minutes in medium flame. After 4 minutes open the lid and Add Fenugreek Leaves and green Chilies. Mix it again. Close the cover.

8. After 1 minutes open the lid and Serve it with Rumali Roti , chapati or paratha. Enjoy the Tadka Daal.

Ingredients:


Banana Stem (kolar thor):- 100 g (Finely Chopped )
Green Chilies (Hari Mirch):- 4-5 (Sliced)

Dry Spices :
Turmeric Powder (Haldi) :- 1/2 tsp
Salt :- As per choice
Kalonji :- 1/2 tsp
cooking oil :- 2-3 tbsp

Water for gravy :- As needed (4 tbsp)

Cooking Method 

1. At fast take finely chopped banana Stem (white stem of banana tree) . After that add 1/2 tsp of salt with it and mix it properly with spoon or hand. (if you are a patient of high blood pressure , please skip that salty water of that mixture. because its may be harmful for you.). Rest the mixture in room temperature for 10-15 minutes.

2. Place the frying pan on medium high flame , heat the pan. Add 2 tbsp of cooking oil in the pan . Heat the oil and Add Kalonji and Dried Chilly, now saute it foe 1 minutes on low medium flame.

3. After that Add the chopped and marinated banana stem and stir it for 2-3 minutes. then Added green chilies, turmeric powder and salt. Stir it on medium flame.

4. Now, Add around 4 tbsp (as needed) of water and cover it for 5 minutes on low flame. check it after 2 minutes and stir it and again cover with lid.

5. After that open the lid stir again , turn off the flame And our banana stem stir fry is ready for serve with steamed rice. Serve it hot.

Ingredients:



  • Ash Gourd (Chal Kumro/ Kaddu) - 300 g (Finely Chopped, Peeled
  • Green Chilies :- 4-5

Spices :-

Lauki ki sabzi

  • Turmaric Powder :- 1/2 tsp
  • Salt :- According to your tasteRoasted Cumin (jeera) powder :- 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder :- 1/2 tsp (optional)
  • Kalonji (Kalo jeera) :- 1/2 tsp
  • cooking oil :- 2-3 tbsp
  • Prawns :- 100g (Cleaned)

  • Water for gravy :- As needed (4 tbsp)


Cooking Method :

1. At fast take 300 g of Ash Gourd. Then clean it and Chopped it finely and clean the prawns.

2. Add 1/2 tsp Salt and 1/2 tsp of Turmeric Powder with prawns and marinate it. after marination keep the prawns in room temperature for 10 minutes

3. After that place a frying pan on the high flame ,Heat it .  Add 2-3 tbsp cooking oil , heat the oil . Then Drop prawns one by one. Fry it for 4-5 minutes on medium to high flame.

4. After 5 minutes take out prawns in a bowl and keep it aside.

5. In the same frying pan and in samecooking oil, Add 1/2 tsp of kalonji . saute it. Then Add chopped Ash gourd (Chal kumro, Petha kaddu) and Stir it for 4-5 minutes then Add salt , turmeric powder , roasted cumin powder and green chilies. Mix it properly. Cover it for 10 to 12 minutes in low flame.

6. After 10-12 minutes uncover the lid and mix it again and now add fried prawns . and cover it again for 5 Minutes. You can Add water if needed otherwise not.

7. After 5 minutes open the lid mix it again and turn off the flame. 

8. Serve it in a plate and enjoy the tempting  recipe with steamed rice , paratha or Chapati.

      Method 

      1. Take Washed & Cleaned Bata Fish. You can use any type of fish.

      3. And Make a Smooth paste with green Chilies & Mustard Seeds.


      4. Now turn on the flame , place a frying pan & Heat it. Now pour 3 tbsp cooking oil & Fry the fishes.



      5.After That frying Add Mustard oil . Add 1/2 tsp Kalonji & Garlic cloves. then Add Mustard Paste. Fry it.How to make fish gravy with mustard sauce

      6. Then Add water As required. After Boiling the water Add fried fishes. Cover it.

      7. Then Add 1 tbsp Mustard Oil & 1 pinch of Sugar.

      Dry Spices :

      • Salt to taste
      • Turmeric Powder (Haldi):- 1 tsp
      • Red Chilli Powder (lal Mirch):- 1/2 tsp
      • Cumin(jeera) Powder :- 1 tsp
      • Coriander (Dhania) Powder :- 1 tbsp
      • Garam Masala Powder :- 1 tsp
      • Ginger Powder (adraakh) :- 1/2 tsp   (You may use ginger paste instead of ginger powder)
      • Cooking oil :- 3 tbsp
      Method 

      1. Take Washed & Cleaned Chicken. 

      2. Now Marinate with Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Cumin Powder, Salt, Coriander , Green Chili, onion & garlic Paste.

      3. Mix it properly & gently. Then Keep it in fridge or room temperature for 20 minutes.

      4. After that turn on the gas stove , Place a frying pan & heat it on high medium flame.Then Add one pinch of Cumin Seeds , dry chili and bay leaf. After that Pour 3 tbsp oil for frying the Chicken. Now drop the Marinated Chicken, fry it for 1 minute till cook properly then flip it.
      5. Mix it properly & Cook it under the cover within 5 minutes. 6. After 5 Minutes remove the cover then Add chopped onion & garlic. then mix it again and cover. Then Add all the dry spices like ginger powder, red chili powder, salt, Cumin Powder And little bit of Turmeric Powder. 7. After that Add the coriander, onion, garlic , green chili paste And mix properly. 8. Then Pour 1/3 glass of water And stir , after that add Garam Masala powder and mix it. After mixing cover the pan and turn off the gas stove. 9. it's ready for serve ... garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.

      • Large Green Chilli (Bhavnagri Mirchi)- 200 g
      Rajasthani Mirchi Vada Recipe | जोधपुरी मिर्ची वड़ा | Mirchi Pakora | Stuffed Chilli Pakora  ingredients

      For Stuffings :


      • Boiled Potatoes :- 2 Medium Size (Grated)
      • Coriander Leaves :- 1/3 cup
      • Fennel Seeds (Sounf) :- 1/2 tsp
      • Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
      • Red Chili Powder : 1/2 tsp
      • Salt to taste
      • Onion : 1 large Size
      • Ginger- Garlic Paste :- 2 tbsp
      • Cooking Oil - 50 g For Frying 
      For Batter :-

      • Gram Flour (Besan) :- 100 g
      • All Purpose Flour (Maida) :- 50 g You may use little bit Corn flour or Rice flour for the crispiness
      • Water :- as required
      • Red Chili Powder:- 1/2 tsp
      • Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
      • Salt : 1 pinch
      • Ginger- Garlic Paste :- 1 tbsp

      Method :

      1. At fast, Grate/ mash the boiled potatoes then add onion. red chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste and mix all the things properly. Now stuffings is ready.

      2. Slit the chili length wise and remove all the seeds.
      take one chili at a time and stuff the prepared aloo masala inside. Stuffed chilies are ready to fry.

      3. For batter preparation... Take 100 gm gram flour/ besan & add turmeric powder, red chili powder, chopped onion,
      once the batter is ready add ginger garlic paste
      now mix it well. Add water and make thick batter(Add little water at a time.). Batter is ready.

      4. Turn on the flame and heat a pan on high flame and oil add let the oil heat.

      5. Stir the batter once

      6. Once the oil is heated , reduce the flame to medium low. Coat the stuffed chili with gram flour batter and properly drop into the hot oil.

      7. flip it to cook from both sides.

      8. Fry it on medium flame till it turns golden brown. and keep flipping in between.Take it out on the another plate.

      9. Repeat the process for frying remaining stuffed chilies. Flip it carefully. Now,Take it out aside.

      10. Mirchi vada/ pakora is ready serve hot with tomato or red chutney.

      Diwali Special Coconut Burfi Ingredients

      • Fresh Coconut :- 2 (grated)
      • Full Fat Milk :- 75 ml- 100 ml
      • Cardamom :- 1/2 tsp (you may use powder instead)
      • Powdered Sugar :- 200 g


      Method

      1. At fast take a fresh coconut & grate/ grind it. then mix Crushed cardamom & Powdered sugar. And mix all the things properly. 2. Turn on the flame & take a pan or kadai , pour milk & cook it for 1 minute. because here i am taking full fat milk so cook the milk 1 minute.
      how to make Diwali Special Coconut Burfi
      After 1 minute mix grated coconut with it & Stir continuously. 3. After 6-8 Minutes when coconut mixture become dry then turn off the flame & transfer it to an another plate. 4. After that make a small ball & press it with the mold. if you have not any mold then press it with palm & design it with fork. 5. Store it in any air container & keep it in fridge for 2 weeks.
