How to make Bhaang Thandai ? Bhaang Banane ki Asan Tarikha

- Preperation Time: - 15 Minutes
- Making Time :- 10 Minutes

Ingredients :-
- Cannabis Leaves (Bhang Patta) : 100 gm (Take According to your Capacity)
- Milk : 1 l
- Sugar : 4 tbsp (According to Taste)
- Cashew Nuts : 25 g
- Almonds : 25 g
- Dry Rose petals(For Garnishing): 10 NOS (optional) You can use Rose water instead it.
- Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) : 10-12 pods
- Melon Seeds (Magaz Dana) :- 3 tbsp
- Poppy Seeds (Khaas Khaas) : 2 tbsp
- Fennel Seeds (Saunf) :- 3 tbsp
- Ice Cubes : (For Chilling)
Method
1. At fast Take Cannabis Leaves (Bhang Patta) and let it Dry .
2. Now take one mixing bowl and Add All the ingredients like Cashew, Almonds, poppy Seeds, Dry rose petals, Fennel Seeds, Black pepper & Pour 1 glass of water. Now rest it 4-5 hours.3. After 5 hours take a Grinder jar and Pour All the things in it. Grind it Smoothly. 4. In Next process turn on the flame and Seat a Sauce pan and Pour 1l. Milk in it. After boiling the milk Add Sugar. now let it dissolve. 5. After that Add that liquid and boil it for 8 minutes on low medium. 6. Turn off the gas stove and our Holi refreshment is ready to drink. Keep it in Freeze for Sometimes. 7. After 2-3 hours Serve Bhaang in earthen glass and Sprinkle Some Chopped Cashew and Almonds or Dry rose petals over it and Add ice cubes . Celebrate Holi and enjoy Bhang with your Friends.
