Ingredients

For Puri Recipe : (you can make upto 30 Puris with this quantity)


  • Plain Flour (Maida) : ¼ cup
  • Semolina (Suji) : ¼ cup
  • Salt (Namak) :- As per taste
  • Baking Soda (Meetha Soda) : 1/8 tsp Ek Chimti
  • For Kneed :- using Normal Water
    Note :
  • Bhuna Hua Jeera Powder :- Put some Cumin Seeds in a plain frying pan on low flame . Roast it for 2-3 minutes until it take turns brown. Grind it .
  • Chili Flakes :- Put some dried chili in a plain frying pan on medium flame. Roast it . After that grind it.
For Chatpati Aloo Masala :
  • Black Salt : As taste
  • Boiled Potatoes : 300 g
  • Aam chur Powder :- 1 tsp

  • Roasted Cumin Powder : 1 tsp
  • Chili flakes : 1 tsp
  • Green Chili :- 4-5 (Chopped)
  • Onion :- 1 /2 Cup (Chopped)
  • Tikhi Chutney:- 1/2 tbsp **




For Tikha Chatpati Paani :
  • Normal water :- 1 ltr
  • Black Salt :- as taste Aam chur Powder :- 1 tsp

  • Roasted Cumin Powder : 1 tsp
  • Red Chili powder :- As per taste

** Mix Some Tikhi Chutney : ( Tamarind (Imli ) Plup 1 tbsp , Lemon juice 1 tbsp , Hand Full Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Ginger 1/2 inch, Green Chilies 4-5 ) Grind it and mix it with this water.

Preparations Time :- 10 Minutes

Making Time :- 15 Minutes

Serving :- 4

Ingredients

  • Any Type of Small Fish :- 275 g (Cleaned) 
  • Onion :- 1 Medium Size (Sliced)
  • Coriander Powder :- 2 tbsp ( Only for Garnishing)
  • Lukewarm Water For Gravy :- As per required

Dry Spices 

  • Salt – as taste
  • Red Chili Powder – ½ tsp
  • Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
  • Refined Oil – 2-3 tbsp

Method 

1. At first Clean All the Fishes and wash it gently. After that mix some turmeric powder and 1/4 of salt and marinate it for half an hour. you may add little bit of oil in it, if you want.
2. Lets start the second step ,Turn on the Gas Stove and place a Frying pan , Heat the pan Properly . Add 2-3 cooking oil and heat the oil . After that Add marinated fishes into oil. wait for 3-4 minutes. After 3-4 minutes flip it and keep the flame medium.
3. When all the fishes turn in golden color then keep it aside.
4. Now in the same pan and in the same oil put 1/4 tsp whole cumin Seeds and saute it for 15 seconds. Then Add 1 medium size chopped onion and fry it until it takes turn into golden . Then add 1/2 tsp salt and mix it.
5. Now add Turmeric powder, Red chili powder,  cumin powder and 2 tbsp water with it.
6. Mix it properly in medium flame and cover it for 3 minutes. After that pour 1/2 cup water in it. After boiling the water add fried Small fish and wait for 2 minutes on low medium flame.
7. Small fish curry is ready to serve. Serve it with Steamed Rice.

Ingredients : Chicken :- 500 g
Onion Paste :- 4 Tbsp
Chopped Onion :- 1 Medium Size
Garlic Paste :- 10 - 15 pods
Tomato puree : 2 Tbsp
Green Chili Paste : 2 Tbsp
Fresh Coriander Leaves : 2 tbsp
Red Chili Powder : 1/4 tsp
Salt As per Taste
Sugar :- 1/8 tsp Coriander
Powder :- 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder :- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder :- 1/2 tsp
Ginger Powder :- 1/4 tsp
Cardamom : 2 pods
Cinnamon : 2 inch Stick
Bay Leaf - 1 Whole
Cumin Seeds : 1/4 tsp
Dried Red Chili : 2
Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp

Aloo Matar | आलू मटर की सब्जी | Green Peas curry Recipe



Ingredients

  • Boiled Baby Potatoes :- 200 g
  • Boiled Fresh green Peas :- 100 g

Dry Spices

  • Salt :- As taste
  • Sugar :- 1/4 tsp
  • Red Chili powder :- 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder :- 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin Powder :- 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder :- 1/2 tsp
  • Raw Mango Powder :- 1/4 tsp


Masala Paste


  • 1 Onion Medium Size
  • 4-5 pods Garlic
  • 2-3 green Chili (As taste)
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 1 Tomato Medium Size

    Whole Spices

  • Dried red chili - 2

  • Whole Cumin - 1/2 tsp

    Other Ingredients

  • Oil - 2-3 Tbsp Mustard Oil
  • Water for gravy - 1 cup (As required)
  • Water for gravy - 1 cup (As required)
  • Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
  • Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp

Method

1. A first take boiled potatoes (Take 1 cup of normal water and potatoes in a pan and mix 1/4 tsp Salt with and boil these thing for 10 -12 Minutes. Cover it on a medium Flame).

2 Take Some Green Peas (Take 1/2 cup of normal water and peas in a pan and cover it for 4 - 5 Minutes)

3. First of All Take a Frying pan Pour 2-3 tbsp Mustard oil and Heat it. After that Drop All the boiled potatoes and Add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder . Fry it for 3-4 Minutes on medium flame.

➤ Gulab Jamun is one of the most popular sweet among all other sweets. Not only in India, Gulab jamun is also favorite across all over the world.
➤Gulab jamun (also spelled gulaab jamun) is a milk-solid-based sweet from the Indian subcontinent, popular in India, Nepal (where it is known as gulab jamun), Pakistan, the Maldives (where it is known as gulaabujaanu), and Bangladesh (where it is known as golap jam), as well as Myanmar. It is also common in Mauritius, Fiji, southern and eastern Africa, Malay Peninsula, and the Caribbean countries of Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana, Suriname and Jamaica. It is made mainly from milk solids, traditionally from Khoya, which is milk reduced to the consistency of a soft dough. Modern recipes call for dried/powdered milk instead of Khoya. It is often garnished with dried nuts such as almonds to enhance flavour.

Gulab jamun gets its brownish red color because of the sugar content in the milk powder (khoya). In other types of gulab jamun, sugar is added in the batter, and after frying, the sugar caramelization gives it its dark, almost black colour, which is then called kala jam or "black jam". The sugar syrup may be replaced with (slightly) diluted maple syrup for a gulab jamun.

➤Homemade gulab jamun is usually made up of powdered milk, a pinch of all-purpose flour (optional), baking powder and clarified butter (ghee); kneaded to form a dough, moulded into balls, deep fried and dropped into simmering sugar syrup.

➤Water - 1.5 ml
➤Oil - 8-10 Tbsp

  • Potatoes:- 1 Big Size (Peeled, Cleaned)
  • Tomatoes :- 1 Medium Size (Sliced)
  • Coconut Powder :- 1 ½ Tbsp
  • Cashew Nut & Raisins :- 2 tbsp
  • Green Chilies :- 2

Dry Spices

  • Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp


  • Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt – As taste
  • Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder- 1 tsp
  • Ginger Powder – 1 tsp

Whole Spices

  • Whole Cumin Seeds :- 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon:- ½ inch Stick
  • Cardamom :- 3-4 Pods
  • Dried Chili :- 1
  •  Bay Leaf :- 1

Method


11. Take All the fishes, clean it with lukewarm water and salt. Then Add Salt, Turmeric Powder and 1/2 tsp cooking oil. Keep it aside for 30 Minutes.

22. Add 1 -2 tbsp water with coconut Powder and let it make Coconut Milk.

33.Now Let Make a Masala Paste- Add Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Cumin Powder, Salt. Coriander, Ginger Powder and Add 1/2 Cup of water with it and mix it gently.

44. Turn on the flame , place a frying pan

Ingredients:


  • Potato :- 500 g (Peeled)
  • Onion :- 2 Medium Size (Diced)

  • Tomato :- 1 Medium Size (Diced)
  • Tomato Puree :- 4 tbsp
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste :- 2 tbsp
  • Onion Paste :- 3-4 tbsp (Using 1 big Size onion)
  • Green Chilies :- 2 (Sliced)
  • Coriander Leaves :- 2 tbsp (Chopped)

Dry Spices :


  • Cumin Powder : ½ tsp
  • Coriander Powder :-  1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder :- ½ tsp
  • Salt:- As taste
  • Turmeric Powder :- ½ tsp
  • Whole Cumin Seeds :- 1/2 seeds
  • Cooling Oil :- 4 Tbsp

Method :

1. Take Washed and peeled Potatoes. 

2. Turn on the Gas Stove. Place a frying pan and heat it. Pour 2-3 cooking oil and Heat the oil. After Heating drop all the diced potatoes and add 1/2 tsp of salt . cover it for 5 Minutes
on Low Medium flame. Check it once.

2. After 5 Minutes Uncover the lid and transfer fried Potatoes to another plate.

3. In the same oil and pan drop all the diced Tomatoes and onions and saute it for some times. Do not over fry it. Add 1/2 tsp of salt with it. After 2-3 Minutes transfer it in any another plate.

3. Now in the Same pan Add 1/2 tsp of whole cumin Seeds And Stir it for 1/2 minutes then Add Onion Paste and stir it and then Add ginger garlic paste and mix it gently. Add tomato puree and fry it. Now Decrease the flame and Add Dry Spices - Turmeric Powder, Salt, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder. Mix all the Spices .

4. Add 1/2 Cup of water for cook the dry Spices. and cover it for 3-4 Minutes on medium flame.

5. Uncover the lid And Add fried Potatoes . Mix it. Pour water for Gravy. And Cover it again for 5 Minutes. After uncover Add Fried Onions and Tomatoes, Green Chilies and Coriander leaves. and Cover it for 2 Minutes for Flavor. 

6. Serve it hot with Paratha or Chapati.
